I love all the Doctors and ALL the people that work there. They are so caring. They love and care about your pets. They ALWAYS make sure that your pets have everything they need. And if there’s a problem they try to get you pet in right away. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to helping my pets. It shows me that not only do they care for my pet but they care about me. I think Pontchartrain animal hospital and I’m so glad that I went there I have not left they will be the place I continue to go. they have a really nice personality I’ve got to know each and every one of them employees. They make me feel like family
So grateful for care and concern that the doctors and staff there have for me and my precious pets. This week was the hardest as we had to say goodbye to Cali after 18 or more months of special care and the last month especially. Thank you, Dr. Brown, and everyone else on the staff who showed her such compassion- from front desk to techs to staff passing through telling her βhelloβ and saying how much they enjoyed her βtalkingβ.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Staff and animal care are worth the money. They aren’t expensive, customer friendly, understandable, compassionate, caring, and flexible. very professional. They listen to you and all of your concerns without cutting concerns. We have two cats that we take here everytime.
