I was in the unfortunate position of having to put my 14 year old baby to sleep. Larissa (spelled incorrectly) and Dr. Carson were amazing and the clinic staff was great. | HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility, so much so that I went back the next day to have my other fur baby checked out. I cannot say enough about the compassion and love I experienced at this veterinarian office. So yes, this is the place for all your fur babies needs.
They were phenomenal with my Evie gir!! We just moved here not long ago and hadn’t found a vet yet. Recently, Evie was sick and I needed to find a vet and I took her here. I called and was seen within an hour. The staff was lovely! The day we were there it was an all female staff and Evie felt very comfortable with them. I don’t believe if I’ve ever seen her this content with a vet visit. I was highly impressed and will absolutely continue going back to them. The prices were very fair, the tests the preformed were very necessary and the antibiotics they gave her seem to be working. I’m very impressed and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They gave me that small hometown feel that I missed from home. They have my loyalty!

While visiting the area, we relied on Pontchartrain Animal Hospital for emergency care for one of our dogs who was at the end stages of congestive heart failure. The staff was compassionate, resourceful, and professional. They treated our dog with extreme care, and responded to my follow up phone calls with quick replies. The prices were reasonable, and they were able to fit us in their busy schedule. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.
My Hilde is my whole world – you all have made her feel special and not scared – your arms are extended to her and it is so comforting to me to see that from the Drs and their awesome stall – – I have a vision issue and I thank God that you all help me with that so i can give her the right amount of meds – thank you for being our angels we love Pont Vet and thank God for each one of you
The staff was very caring and explained everything very well. The compassion they showed to Shadow and to us was wonderful. He continues to improve. We were contacted twice by them after our office visit. Thank you for your compassion in a scary situation.
